BRAHMA MUHURTAM
(Daily Online Early Morning Silence)
What is Brahma Muhurta?
Brahma Muhurta is the period before sunrise (specifically between 3:30 a.m. and 6:20 a.m. when the body is naturally aligned with planetary cycles. Doing yogic practices (sadhana) during this time maximizes spiritual growth, stabilizes our system, and helps us become the creators of our own destiny.
Why is sitting in silence during this time so powerful?
Brahma muhurta, early morning silence, is the highest of any spiritual sadhana (practice). Only those who are graced with Atma Shanti (restfulness) can wake up early in the morning and start sitting in silence from 3:40 a.m.
The one who can sit consistently, abide in the silence, every morning, in Brahma muhurta, is destined to realize the Truth.
