What is Nidhidhyāsana?

Self-enquiry is 'Atma Vichara' in Sanskrit. And it is also called Nidhidhyāsana. When one CONSISTENTLY prolongs in Nidhidhyāsana, doing Self-enquiry, asking "Who am I?", that one is blessed with Self-attention and Self-abidance.
