What is Nidhidhyāsana?
Self-enquiry is 'Atma Vichara' in Sanskrit. And it is also called Nidhidhyāsana. When one CONSISTENTLY prolongs in Nidhidhyāsana, doing Self-enquiry, asking "Who am I?", that one is blessed with Self-attention and Self-abidance.



SRAVANAM
Hearing or right listening to the teacher or the Guru on the Existential Truth & Wisdom with utmost shraddha & attention.
MANANAM
Reflecting and contemplating upon the wisdom received in Sravanam
NIDHIDHYĀSANAM
Sitting in simple, surrendered Silence & Self-enquiry
Samadhi
Deep, thoughtless Silence, but still in the domain of the mind
Moksha
Liberation, transcendence over the illusory body-mind-world
