SELF
ABIDANCE
A pre-Ekanta practice
Mauna Yogam is a sharing that arises from direct experience and is deeply rooted in the timeless wisdom of the sages.
It is not a path to be followed, but an invitation to turn inward.
"As Silence deepens, Ekānta naturally happens by itself..."
Mauna (Silence) is the doorway.
Nidhidhyāsana (Self-enquiry) is the deepening.
Ātma Niṣhṭhā (Self-abidance) is the natural stabilization.
Ekānta (Sacred Solitude) is the flowering.
Self-realization is the "Revelation of the Ever-Revealed", which is a blessing bestowed by the Grace.
Every word shared here arises from Silence and gently returns to Silence.
